NYC BLACKOUT: Live coverage from Manhattan

Con Edison says manhole fire occurred at 64th and West End and impacted a transmission line, knocking out power to more than 42, 000 customers across Midtown and the Upper West Side in New York City on Saturday night. The loss of power is from 5th Avenue to Hudson River, and West 40th to 72nd Streets.
