Former NYPD lieutenant reacts to Bloomberg “stop and frisk” apology

Former NYPD Lieutenant Darrin Porcher sat down with Dan Mannarino to share his thoughts on former NY Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s apology for the controversial “stop and frisk” police tactic he championed heavily while he was in office. Bloomberg apologized for the practice during an appearance at a black church in Brooklyn Sunday, but some feel it’s not genuine and more of a political move ahead of a potential presidential run.
