Over the last two years, liberal billionaire George Soros has invested more dollars in 14 local district attorney races across the country — and he’s only lost 3 of them. His investments have ranged from $21,000 dollars in Milwaukee to $1.9 million dollars in Maricopa county, but all candidates fit the profile of a reform-focused prosecutor.
