Democrats Raised $400 Million To Win Senate Seats But Ultimately Came Up Short

In the hope of establishing a blue wave in the Senate, Democrats fundraised extremely large amounts of money to go after Republican held seats. However, key Tuesday night losses of races that seemed competitive but turned comfortably in the Republican incumbents’ favors have made it look unlikely that Democrats will seize control.
