Lawyer Alan Dershowitz predicts the goal of Trump team lawyers isn’t to earn 270 Electoral College votes for the president. Rather, he thinks, their strategy is to use lawsuits to ensure Biden DOESN’T reach that magical number either. Then, Dershowitz explains, the decision will go to the House of Representatives, where there are more Republican delegations than Democrat ones. He says this could be the ONLY path to victory for Trump.
