Donald Trump has blasted his successor Joe Biden as a “physically and mentally challenged” leader who has inflicted more damage during his tenure than the “five worst presidents” in US history combined. The former United States president let loose in front of an impassioned crowd in South Carolina – berating President Biden’s “failed” handling of Ukraine and other foreign conflicts. “We have a president representing our country at the most important time in history, who is physically and mentally challenged,” Mr Trump said. “The Russian invasion of Ukraine is a terrible atrocity that should never have been allowed to happen. “I stand as the only president of the 21st century on whose watch Russia did not invade another country and neither did anyone else.”
