The legal, logistical obstacles of closing Guantánamo Bay

Since the beginning of his presidency, President Barack Obama has vowed to close the prison at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, which he says is expensive, unnecessary and serves as a recruitment tool for America’s enemies.
