How Schools Can Save Companies From Collapsing. Dan Pontefract. TEDx Talks video

There are three key traits that companies and organizations need from today’s graduates of high schools, colleges and universities. The three (resiliency, openness to change and creativity) will help organizations to not only survive, but to thrive in the coming years. These characteristics, however, are not found in the majority of graduates.
