Search On For Machete Attack Suspects. Video CBS New York

It happened at Hempstead Lake State Park, which is not too far from Hempstead High School.Police said the teens were walking in the park just after 3 p.m. Monday when they were attacked along one of the wooded pathways. Investigators said the attackers stabbed the teens with a knife and a machete. The injured teens were taken to area hospitals.

So far, no arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing. More at CBS2‘s Janelle Burrell reports. CBS New York video
