Cops arrested radio talk show host and Guardian Angels founder Curtis Sliwa early Tuesday outside Mayor de Blasio’s Upper East Side home.

Sliwa, 63, appeared at Gracie Mansion on East End Ave. near E. 88th St. at about 8:25 a.m. to serve de Blasio with a lawsuit aimed at getting him off the Working Families Party line and ended up in handcuffs just after 8 a.m…. >>>nydailynews.com
