World Trade Center climber under arrest on W 61 Street. Video

Justin Casquejo, 20, is in police custody after police say he was trying to pull off another stunt in Manhattan. It happened Monday at a development called Waterline Square, a high rise condo on West 61st Street. Police say once again he was out there with some friends dangling from a crane, all for internet fame. Video ABC&NY
