La Cocina is a San Francisco-based non-profit business incubator, which seeks to increase equity for women, people of color, and immigrants by providing affordable commercial kitchen space to talented food entrepreneurs — and which has recently published a compendium of recipes from the incredible clients it has served, called We Are La Cocina: Recipes in Pursuit of the American Dream.
