RIDE SHARE SAFETY: NJ Governor Phil Murphy signs “Sami’s Law,” which requires ride-hailing companies to roll out more safeguards to protect passengers. The law is named in memory of Robbinsville, NJ native Samantha Josephson, who was abducted and killed back in March after getting into a car she thought was her Uber. ABC7 New York video
