The College Republican Federation of Puerto Rico started a GoFundMe page to build a statue of President Donald Trump that would be placed in front of the Capitol building in San Juan, along the “Walkway of the Presidents.” Currently the walkway features the statues of nine American Presidents who have made official visits to the U.S. Caribbean territory. Melvin Soto Vazquez who is Vice President of the College republican federation of Puerto Rico sat down with the Daily Caller’s Stephanie Hamill to discuss the effort to “Build 45”. The college republicans have received backlash after announcing their effort, but say this won’t deter them.
