Donna Lieberman: One apology doesn’t change impact of ‘stop and frisk’

Donna Lieberman, the executive director of the New York Civil Liberties Union, tells PIX11 that while former Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s recent apology for “stop and frisk” police tactic is important for New Yorkers to hear, it doesn’t help the millions affected or change the impact of the controversial, arguably biased policing practice.
