eptember 12 2020 – MANHATTAN, New York: Hawk Newson led Black Lives Matter protesters from the Bronx to Washington Heights and then onto the George Washington Bridge where they shut down both lanes of the upper level. They were trailed by Port Authority Police and then after meeting with another group, marched off the bridge and to the 34th precinct. Once at the precinct a line of police then cleared the protesters out of the street forcefully, tripping over each other and pushing them back with batons, some clubbing the protesters, one photographer was seen pushed against a car and forced directly into the precinct.
