Dramatic video captured an NYPD officer running while carrying an injured child, during the frantic moments after a shooting in Times Square on Saturday night. Bullets struck three victims, including the child who was toy shopping with her parents. Police said the 4-year-old girl from Brooklyn was undergoing surgery after being hit in the leg.
