The West Indian Day Parade will return to Brooklyn in full force this year, and as CBS2’s Thalia Perez reports, celebrations are already underway. The West Indian Day Parade Carnival is an annual celebration of West Indian culture, held annually on around the first Monday of September in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, New York City.
