Michael Ray Turner  is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for Ohio’s 10th congressional district since 2003. Turner’s district, numbered as the 3rd district from 2003 to 2013, is based in Dayton and consists of Montgomery, Greene and Fayette Counties.
Turner served as the president of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly^[1] from 2014 to 2016.
