Critique: What does this mean for freedom of speech in the USA and abroad? After the 2020 elections, the pervasive disinformation regarding COVID-19 led by Dr. Fauci, whose case is now being reviewed in Congress, with the “famous” “fact-checkers” showing their political bias, particularly evident in the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story, all attempts by state bureaucracy to “manage the truth” have proven to be detrimental to freedom of speech. A direct example is the egregious disinformation and political propaganda we see on the US government-funded Voice of America and Radio Liberty, which have long since become mouthpieces for the US Democratic Party and sometimes even outright anti-Americanism.
