Mac’s Public House on Staten Island was shut down by NYC Sheriff’s tonight after it defied Governor Cuomo’s rules and declared the bar “Autonomous Zone”. In recent days, the bar owner announced that everything will be free and they will be accepting donations. Tonight, a small crowd of people gathered to protest outside.
According to Scott LoBaido the owner was also charged with a 5,000usd fine.
