An state lawmaker who represents a portion of Atlanta has filed a lawsuit against Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and others, claiming they harmed her as the victim of an alleged stalker.
State Rep. Mesha Mainor (R-Atlanta) is publicly discussing the lawsuit at the state capitol.
Mainor – a two-term downtown Atlanta lawmaker whose 2023 switch to the Republican Party shocked Democrats – is also suing Fulton County Commissioner Marvin Arrington, the Fulton County Ethics Board, and the county itself.
