HEALTH SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR
By the power vested in me as Mayor of the City of New York, it is hereby ordered:
Section 1. José A. Pagán shall succeed to the powers and duties of the “Health Services Administrator” under section 4 of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation Act (Chapter 1016 of the Laws of 1969) and shall act on behalf of the City of New York, in accordance with subdivision 1 of section 8 of the Facilities Development Corporation Act (Chapter 359 of the Laws of 1968), for the purpose of executing amendments to sublease agreements heretofore made by and among the New York State Housing Finance Agency, the Health and Mental Hygiene Facilities Improvements Corporation and the City of New York.
§ 2. This Order shall take effect immediately.
