Severe weather is threatening close to 20 million people in the South. At least three people have died in storms this week, and homes and cars are covered by floodwater. Thousands of people are being told to evacuate. The system stretches from Texas to Tennessee. David Begnaud reports from Haughton, Louisiana, where a state of emergency is in place.
