The New York Times reported that the FBI briefly investigated Ahmad Khan Rahami, the suspect in the New York and New Jersey bombings, in 2014, after he allegedly stabbed his brother. Also, French authorities have made eight new arrests in connection to the Bastille Day truck attack that killed 86.   PBS News Hour
