Black Lives Matter New York founders speak of movement, not moment, amid calls for change

Founding members of Black Lives Matter of Greater New Yor k talk about their message which has spurred a call for change across the nation. It has been weeks now. Hundreds of thousands of people all over the world shouting ‘Black Lives Matter.’ But this isn’t a moment. It’s a movement that began years ago. “It’s about black people who built this country and ending oppression,” Black Lives Matter Greater New York Co-Founder Chivona Newsome said.

About the twentieth time you lied to her, at some point you’ve gotta say, ‘Honey, stop that. Look it up yourself. Stop being an idiot’,” explained Deborah Blackall of Texas to Breitbart News. Blackall was describing her thoughts on how some media and health professionals are claiming Trump’s indoor rally will put many lives at risk ahead of Saturday’s MAGA rally in Tulsa, OK.
