Video by Daniel Valls (FNTV freedomnews.tv) : Chelsea, New York City : Fatal incident happened at 5:09 a.m. on Aug. 2 at the corner of West 23rd Street and 7th Avenue. Police are on the hunt for a Hit and run driver that slammed into a woman in Chelsea and took off—leaving her for dead in the street. A grey minivan was seen fleeing the scene just after 5am. A 29 year old woman was rushed to Bellevue where she was pronounced dead.
