Attorney General William Barr discusses Operation Legend in Kansas City

U.S. Attorney General William Barr makes an announcement on Operation Legend in Kansas City, Mo. The operation is a coordinated law enforcement initiative across federal law enforcement agencies working in conjunction with state and local law enforcement officials to fight the surge of violent crime, according to the Department of Justice. Operation Legend is named after four-year-old LeGend Taliferro, who was shot and killed in Kansas City.
 1,500 arrests have been made as part of Operation LeGend across the country, including suspects in 90 homicides.
