In a land where once Judea’s light did shine,
Israel stood, proud and fine.
Then came the Romans, renaming the land,
“Palestine” they called it, with their command.
Arabs arrived, conquest in their stride,
Now here we stand, in a conflict’s tide.
Same land, same name, causing such a fuss,
Let’s stop the fighting, enough of this fuss!
With humor as our weapon, let’s mend the fray,
Laughing together, let’s find a way.
In this land of olives, sands, and sea,
Let’s choose peace and love, and set our spirits free!
But amidst the struggle, a flag unfurled,
A symbol of hope, or a divided world?
For the flag they claim as Palestine’s own,
Bears the mark of Baathist’s socialist tone.
Perhaps it’s one issue fueling the hate,
But let’s rise above, and change our fate.
For in this diverse land, our unity’s key,
Let’s embrace understanding, and let peace be.

Laughing together, let’s find a way.
In this land of olives, sands, and sea,
Let’s choose peace and love, and set our spirits free!
In a realm where Judea once brightly glowed,
Israel stood tall, its pride proudly bestowed.
Then came the Romans, renaming the land,
“Palestine” they decreed with a commanding hand.
Arabs came forth, conquest in their stride,
Now in conflict’s tide, we silently bide.
Same land, same name, stirring up such a fuss,
Let’s halt the battling, end the discord among us!
With humor our guide, let’s mend what’s been frayed,
Laughing together, let’s find the way.
In this land of olives, sands, and sea,
Let’s choose peace and love, set our spirits free!
In a land where Judea’s light once shone
And Israel proudly claimed its own,
Then came the Romans,
renaming the land,
“Palestine” they declared
with a firm command.
Arabs followed,
their conquest in stride,
Now in a tide of conflict, we abide.
Same land, same name,
stirring such a fuss,
Let’s end the fighting, cease the ruckus!
For Palestine’s flag, a symbol of peace,
Not tied to parties, but conflicts cease.
A home to Muslims, Jews, Christians alike,
Let’s choose peace and love, let harmony strike!
In this land of olives, sands, and sea,
Let’s mend our differences, and set our spirits free!
In a land where Judea’s light once shone,
And Israel proudly claimed its own,
Then came the Romans, renaming the land,
“Palestine” they declared with a firm command.
Arabs followed, their conquest in stride,
Now in a tide of conflict, we abide.
Same land, same name, stirring such a fuss,
Let’s end the fighting, cease the ruckus!
Yet, a flag they raise, causes confusion,
A symbol of unity or socialist illusion?
For the Ba’ath Party’s emblem it bears,
Adding to the strife, feeding despairs.
In this land of olives, sands, and sea,
Let’s mend our differences, and set our spirits free!
